Now the students are in Year 11 we have created some GCSE Geography exam support bookmarks that we 'borrowed' from Twitter and adapted. These bookmarks will be given out after Christmas as the next stage of support for students to use for revision for the mock and final exam.
As you can see they contain information on the key acronyms, and how to address the bigger marked questions.
This is just a small idea which will be attached to the front of the students books to help them with their revision and how to approach the exams.
We have created an advice guide to parents in order to help them support their child during their GCSE Geography exams. This is a one page document that will be posted home next half term to inform the parents as to what the individual exams contain, the structure and some advice on how to revise. We feel that is important to remind parents about these strategies and to remind them to encourage their child to revise in which ever way most fits their needs.
